We felt like it was time to jump into some movies based on YA novels. It was going happen eventually. "The Hunger Games" is shockingly good, in a way that you're surprised that it wasn't total garbage. It's pretty faithful to the first book of the series and the acting is sufficient. Plus it gave us the gift of "That is mahogany!" which just keeps on giving. We fittingly pair it with a Pinot Noir called Tribute.
