It's that old classic story. Girl sees boy. Boy almost drowns. Girl saves boy. Girl changes her entire life to impress said boy. Boy completely dismisses her for another girl. Girls fight over boy. It's The Little Mermaid! The VHS I wore out as a child. We aren't Disney stans, but we are kind of obsessed with this movie. We pair it with Plungerhead Old Vine Zinfandel. It's weighty, dark, fruity, and balanced. Loved it.
